Reports unable to refresh when workspace moved to premium capacity

Hi

We have a number of reports which connect to from a Azure SQL database in our Azure environment

When we move the workspace that they are in to our Premium capacity, the reports are not able to refresh.

If we move the workspace back to shared capacity, the reports work fine again.

any ideas?

Are you able to manually refresh the dataset in Power  BI Service? Have you set special firewall rule for the Azure SQL database?

Hi

Azure DB was set to allow connections from Azure services

And the datasets were Direct connections to the database

And the reports all worked correctly as soon as the Workspace was moved back into shared capacity, and then fail when moved back to premium.

Service started working again now - we haven't changed anything.
