Reports on Premium Workspace Load Forever

Dear Community,

 

Reports on our Premium workspace load forever, without showing any particular error.

Is this a general service problem? Are you experiencing it elsewhere? Would you need to a direct link to a sample report suffering from this? (Not sure how much of our setup you already know from my account – please let me know.)

Seems resolved now for us.  I'd be interested to know the reason for the downtime though if anyone has any info.

As far as I know, west eu and north eu of Power BI Premium capacity have been affected yesterday and multiple similar issues have been sumbited internal.(ICM: 258103871, 258114175)

 

Currently this issue should be fixed by the engineer teams due to this temporary issue, please check your Premium workspace again to confirm.

All good here in Switzerland too, now. Could this happen again? Any way to work around the problem if it does? Do you know of means to get more detailed information about such problems in the future than just the generic message “Power BI Premium customers with tenants located in the Europe region may encounter intermittent issues”? Maybe some hints as to when the support team would possibly manage to solve the incident? Where can we learn more about "ICM: 258103871, 258114175"? Our users depend on this report and this incident was pretty disruptive.

Hi @jbl ,

For ICM information, it can only be viewed internal. 

In addition, in these ICMs, not mentioned the reason it caused, more like emergency and have been fixed by engineers.
