Reports on Premium Workspace Load Forever

Dear Community,

 

Reports on our Premium workspace load forever, without showing any particular error.

Is this a general service problem? Are you experiencing it elsewhere? Would you need to a direct link to a sample report suffering from this? (Not sure how much of our setup you already know from my account – please let me know.)

Thanks @LasseMr,

 

On the Microsoft Azure Help + support page I only see two issue types to choose from:

 

  • BillingIssues related to billing, invoices, payments, billing for reserved instances, and pricing
  • Subscription managementSubscription management issues including access, benefits, offers, reserved instance management, security, and compliance

Do you see other more suitable ones as well? Maybe I don't have all the right privileges to submit tickets in my organisation.

Same issue in France.

Some reports work fine but some of them we have the message "Almost done" but they don't run.

Same in Belgium. Some reports work fine, others have the "eternally spinning grey circle ".

 

Subscriptions on these reports failed as well. I got a mail because of the failure with this content:

Had this same issue for most of the day here in Denmark.

But am able to open all of my reports since about 10 minutes ago.

Same problem, all the reports that we have in a premium workspace does not load.

We have the same problem. All the reports that we have in apremium workspace does not load.

data is stored inNorth Europe (Ireland)

Same here in the UK, with our Premium Capacity in West Europe.  Our Gen2 Premium Dataset times out when trying to refresh, no reports will open, and when trying to connect to the XMLA endpoint it gives an error regarding too much traffic on the gateway.
