Reports: Data does not display in any power BI views

Reports:  When I try to view different reports and dashboards, no data appears.  The only thing that is displayed is the frame work of the dashboard.  This happens no matter what I am viewing.

HI @BerniceH-B 

Can you see the data before ? Are all the reports and dashboards data on service not showing up ? Can you see the data in PBI Desktop ? Can your gateway work well ?
