Report Server desktop file saving

Hi All,

 

I Have  Installed 2019 May report server desktop version in my server. Now my pesonal PC, I have updated my own desktop to Sept 2019. When I  tried to Save the report to server, it is showing  error like below. Please let me know is there any dependencies between server and individual desktop versions.

"An  Error Occured While attaemting  to save the  report to Power BI Report server".

Hi @AnilKumar, 

 

Please access the Power BI web portal in your browser, navigate to the desired location, then click on Upload button to select the pbix file.

 

If the same issue occurs, please check if any detail information logged in RSPortal or RSPowerBI log file around the time that issue occurs. By default, location is C:\Program Files\Microsoft Power BI Report Server\PBIRS\LogFiles.
