Relationship Issue since update

I'm trying to create a relationship from a dimension table I have created.  There are no blank, duplicates.  The table is created from using "Distinct" and "Union" but for some reason I keep getting a circular dependency error.  I don't understand why.

Would you like to show your detailed data model page? It is in the Model view of Power BI Desktop.
Please show the detailed model relationships and what base you are using. (Be careful to hide sensitive information)
Also it would be great if you could give the detailed Power BI version.
