Hi report,
Which data source does the report get data from? Which connection mode do you use?
If the report is created in Power Bi desktop previously, please check if you able to refresh the report in Power BI desktop successfully.
Please go to Refresh History, find the failed refresh record, share the detail information after you click on Show.
