Refresh Quit Working---Access token has expired---

Today, all my refreshes stopped working. At first the error said it was a credential error. I rebooted the gateway server and downloaded the latest gateway version and installed. Now it says the tokens have expired. No refresh works. Note this is an on-premise gateway. Please advise. Power BI service is down.

Can you provide a screenshot of the exact error report? There are currently customers with refresh failure issues and I need to confirm if it is the same as yours.
