RESOLVED - Out of memory on startup

RESOLVED - removed the C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Power BI Desktop contents; restarted PBI Desktop and all is well.

on startup started today.  was working fine yesterday and last week.  Attempted uninstalling, reinstalling, rolling back versions, registry mods and windows system restore without success.  I can see the opening program screen behind the splash screen but could not activate that window.  Could only close the splash screen.  Thoughts?!?
