Q&A visual not working in Power BI service but working in desktop

I am trying to use Q&A visual or Text box visual in Power BI service, but it is giving error that it is not support in current scenario or adding dynamic values is not supported in this application. Same thing when I tried in the PBIX for same dataset it is working fine. I checked all the scenarios mentioned in the error page and none of them is there. Need help on this.

Firstly I want to confirm you have the feature turned on in dataset setting and admin portal.

Then there're many limitations about Q&A, please check the listed limitations in the document:
