Q&A ignores report context

Since recently, the behaviour of the Q&A functionality of reports has been broken.

Normal behaviour:

Q&A questions are asked within the context of the report. All filters of the report are applied to the question.

New incorrect behaviour:

Q&A ignores all the filters of the report but says at the bottom of the Q&A box that all report filters are applied, which is no longer true.
