Publish to web wont show

I created a link 3 hours ago now, and is not showing. It shows a message that says This content is not available.

I read about a bug with the new experience of power bi, and that I should use the old one. 

How much is the max time that I have to wait until the report is ready?

This issue couldn't be reproduced on my side. In your senario, the report works well but the content is not available when you publish the report to web, right? Please try steps below:

Firstly, sign in the admin account and click admin portal.

Secondly, in "Publish to web" section, enable "Allowing existing & new codes"

Thirdly, in "Share content with external users" section, enabled for the entire organization

yes everything is already active, I tried creating an old workspace, not the new version and it worked Inmediatly. I seems that the new workspace has a bug with publish to web.

I have also test in the new workspace but also couldn't reproduce this issue. My service version: 13.0.12887.307. If this issue still persists, I would suggest you create a support ticket here for further analysis.
