Publish To Web (public) Reports excel export option????

Does report which has been published on web (public) supports excel export from a matrix which is in that report. Or any other way to copy the value from the table to excel. Obviously not by one copy value?

I'm afraid it's not supported currently. You can see the limitation in this document: 

"Exporting Data from visuals in a report, which has been published to the web."
