Propagate filters between sections in filter panel

Hello Support,

In the filter panel, we have three sections (Filter on this visual, Filter on this page and Filter on all pages). In many situations, we need to put some filters on "Filter on this page". The problem I see happens when the user tries to filter on the "Filter on all pages" section when there is a filter on "Filters on this page" because power bi doesn't propagate the filter added in "Filter on this page" to "Filters on all pages" section.

The filter is propagated between sections when the user filter on "Filter on all pages".

It would be possible that the filter will be propagated between sections in the filter panel? In this way will improve the user experience.

Thanks and best regards,

Hi @ajferez

As we can see, filters are divided into three levels, Filters on this visual, Filters on this page, Filters on all pages. Only if you put the filters on all pages, it will work for the whole report.

You can also vote the idea and comment there to improve this feature. It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . Whats more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
