There are many reasons for this problem . It could be a problem with your pbix file, or it could be a problem with Desktop itself. The exact situation needs to be determined by the error message.
Usually we will determine if it is a client problem, and if so, we will advise the client to uninstall the client and then download the latest version for testing.
