Powerbi web extremely slow, wont load

Hi all,

 

This is becoming unacceptable.

Is the second day in a row now that Im trying to create a report for the board, but powerbi web just doest work.

See the picture below, it stays like that for hours. I can access some areas but most of the content simply wont load.

Yes, I tried to clear the cache, I tried Firefox and Chrome.

It was working a few days ago.

Now I've lost hours of work already trying to find a way to configure a report so I can automate with Power Automate.

Im hands tied, and an important project depends on this.

Normally, it’s a transient issue. May I know whether you still have this problem? Did you only get this problem when accessing Apps page or no matter what pane you are trying to access?

Hello @v-cazheng-msft ,

I first noticed it on Thursday (21).

The whole Thursday and Friday was impossible to work on powerbi.

Early this morning I could at least change a config on the Dataset, but since then is back to the same state as before: just a centered smal powerbi logo (print) loading, but never going anywhere.

This will be the third day in a row I cannot use PowerBI online.

If so, I would suggest you submitting a support ticket in Power BI Support for insightful investigation. To create it, you need to be Pro license customers. After the creation, there will be a technical engineer to have a session with you and help you troubleshoot on this issue.
