Powerbi app will not open inside the network at work but will open when outside the network

I am the admin and we currently do not have any network restrictions in place to block the access to apps.powerbi. I cant figure out why I am unable to access the powerbi app outside my work network but not inside. It looks almost like a DNS issue but I have troubleshooted that idea with no success.
