PowerBi consistently crashes when chosing Quick Measure "Difference from Filtered Value"

I have the same problem - I try to create a Quick Measure (the math calc Percentage Difference). I tried the above solution except my folder structure does not have a CEF folder above the CACHE folder. I did try deleting the CACHE folder anyway, but that did not fix the problem.
