I am unable to acces my content for no reason. Even when I post a new dataset, i am not able to use it to create reports.

Do you mean that you can't do anything after logging into Power BI Service? Or do you mean you just can't create a report with dataset inside My workspace, and if you can't, there will be an error reported?

I mean that after logging into Power BI, I can see the list of my content but cannot do anything. Neither with old content nor create anything new.
