PowerBI Report with Power app opens only in Service -argument not Valid - when opened in Desktop

Hey everyone, 

I have a PowerBI Report that uses a Power App to Write back in to a Sharepoint List.  
I want to change the report in Desktop but can't . The error message " Argument not valid". At the same time the report can be opened in Service. What can I do? Is there some sort of  "Save Mode" to open PBIX files?

    Use a a Power App to Write back in to a Sharepoint List ? Can you explain it in detail ? How did you create the report ? What is the data source ? Can you elaborate on your problem with a screenshot or a step-by-step procedure?
