Hi all, I've installed a powerBI gateway in a microsfot server 2019 and mysql .net version (everything in the latest version).
My problem comes when i try to refresh the powerBI from cloud, i get a Mashup Exception with the code -2147467259 and nothing else...
If i create a simple dataset getting a small table everything works, but if y try to run a dataset that was working with other gateway (installed some time ago in a windows server 2012) i get an error.
I can't figure out what is happening and there is no more information in the logs...
Has someone faced a similar issue when you try to export a big number of data from mysql?

May I know whether your MySQL database and your on-premises data gateway are installed on the same machines? You mean if you just refresh a simple dataset and with your gateway, there was nothing wrong with it, right? Could you please try these steps?
1 If these two applications are on different machines, please install Desktop on the machine that installs gateway and try if it could connect to your MySQL database from there
2 Prolong the timeout in MySQL connection window popped in Power BI Desktop
3 Remove some unnecessary data from your model and use some filters to reduce the data amount to accelerate the queries
