PowerBI Desktop won't sign in

PowerBI Desktop prompts me to sign in when I start up. Does not give an error when I enter my work email. I can work in PowerBI Desktop but sign in option still stays on top right of screen - does not shwo that I have signed in. When I try to publih a report it prompts me for sign in again, then asks for password after I enter my email. Does nt sign in and does not allow me to publish. No errors are shown. No errors in trace files.

 

I can log in to PowerBI online.

1. Did you have the latest version of Desktop? 

2. What's the status like below?

I have the latest version. I did try to log an issue and this is where it took me to.

Thanks Dale, but it turns out we don't have access to log a support ticket as we do not have Pro
