Power bi service does not update dataset.

Hello!
The Power BI service does not update the dataset.
Update runs for a long time and occurs the error {"error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_TimeoutError","pbi.error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_TimeoutError","parameters":{},"details ": [] ,"exceptionCulprit":1}}}. 
Can anyone help me with this error?

Based on the error message, seems like the gateway you have used for this dataset is timeout.

Please check whether the gateway is online and has been configured correctly in Power BI Service.

In addition, since it needs a long time to update, try to reduce the data size of the dataset to refresh it again if the gateway has always worked fine.

The gateway is working. Other datasets use it for the update.
How do I shrink the data? Is your suggestion to partition the data into more than one dataset?

You can try to use the same data source with a small data size to create a new report in Power BI Desktop and publish to Power BI Service to check this issue.
