Power Bi Desktop app not loading and crashing PC

The Power Bi Desktop app is not loading and crashing PC. I am using windows 10 and have used latest and the previous versions of the app. The issues is happening on multiple users.

 

All the prerequistes are checked.  I have also tried Feb 2021 realease, latest release, tried 32bit and 64 bit , also changed the virtual memory.

 

Please help
