1 Close unnecassary applications when you are using Power BI Desktop

2 Clear Cache in Power BI Desktop by File>Options and Settings>Options>Global>Data Load

Please try this solution firstly.

1 Close unnecassary applications when you are using Power BI Desktop

2 Clear Cache in Power BI Desktop by File>Options and Settings>Options>Global>Data Load
