Similar issue has been sumbited internal(ICM: 279546390), would update here as soon as possible if there is any update about this issue.

Currently the information from PG team:

One way past this issue is to run setx PQ_DisableEdgeChromiumOAuth 1 which will force PBI Desktop to pick up IE as the browser pop-up rather than WebView2.
