Power BI display issue on external monitors

I am using the Mar 2018 version of the power bi desktop and I see an issue when starting my computer on my laptop Lenovo Yoga 12 which has a resolution of 1920x1080. The application works fine if I use it on my native display. If I connect it to an external monitor, in this case a HP 24" monitor, the application display starts acting up. All the windows keep replicating and the app becomes unusable. I have attached a screenshot of what it looks like. 

 If I restart my computer with the external monitor connected, the app behaves fine. The only solution now is to constantly restart between switching to native laptop vs external monitor. It will be great if the issue can be fixed.  This does not happen on the Oct 2017 version.

I can't reproduce this issue. I would suggest you file a support ticket here. Please also refer to this post.

 Control Panel -> Display -> Let me choose one scaling level for all my displays
