Power BI dashboard subscription does not send refreshed data

We have serveral power BI dashbords that we have subscribed user to from the Power BI pro workspace . The dashboard image  received in an email doesnt seem to have the updated data . When we click on the link in the subscription email it does show he refreshed data on the dashboard . The subscription are set on a schedule and the data is refreshed well in time in Power BI .

Hi @ee365 ,

 

It's possible that the data in the dashboard image is not up-to-date because the image was generated at a point in time when the data had not yet been refreshed. You may want to try refreshing the data in Power BI to see if that resolves the issue. If that doesn't work, you may need to check the data source to ensure that it is properly configured and connected to your dashboard.
