Power BI & Power Automate License

Hi Team,

I have created a scheduled cloud flow in power automate which will help in sending the csv extract of table or matrix visual data from power bi to user's email as attachment on periodic basis(based on scheduling). Currently I am not using any license in power Bi and power. I have used my workspace for testing.

Pleas suggest which licenses can be purchased here in both tools to fulfill this requirment. note that I am not using any premium connectors in power automate for this scheduled cloud flow and these flow will be seperate for each report so please suggest accordingly.
