Power BI Web Refresh Issue - DID NOT PULL DATA COMPLETELY FROM AZURE DATABASE

From 20 Jul onwards, my report is having issue after the refreshing in power bi web. (refresh manually or schedule refresh both have the same issue)

It pulls only 1000 rows from the table in azure database.

It was able to pull all of the rows from the table in azure database successfully before 20 Jul.

I didn't make any changes on the report.

This problem just pop out suddenly on 20th Jul

Hi @lucas_ng,

I'm not able to reproduce the issue on my side. Please download the report and open it in Power BI desktop, click Refresh to see how many records returned.

Hello

I have a similar problem

I'm have a Report with SQL Azure Database and Azure Blob Storage Data. In Power BI Desktop, refresh Data work perfectly, with all data in my pages, with data since 2018-02-01 until today.

But on the Power BI Service, when runs manual or schedule refresh, Power BI acknowledges completion of update, but my data is filtered only 4 days (2018-02-01 - 2018-02-04).

I try download Online Pbix and update data in Power BI Desktop, work perfectly, but when I publish the report and refresh data on Power BI Service, give trouble again.

This problem happens only in one of two dashboards that has as source the same database, but with different tables.

Is very strange, I did several tests to find the problem, but it seems to be something in the Power BI Service.

What should I do?

Thank you

Hi @Tiagodanielfb,

Is it the table truncated to ~1,000-1,300 rows when refreshed in the Power BI service? I guess this should be the same issue listed here: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/

Yes @v-qiuyu-msft

When I refresh Power BI runs, only first 1000 rows in one of my Table.

I see the Update Date for this Awareness change date to "Next update @08/03/2018 13:00 PDT."

Thank you for your reply

Best Regards
