Power BI Service navigation options vary when report is accessed by Consumers

When sharing the same report with Consumers some navigation options vary (i.e. in some cases some see the Favourites and Recent options in the navigation panel whilst others do not):

Hi @Paulo_Costa ,

 

Find an existing ICM for this issue(ICM 296876383) that "Recent" and "Favorites" tabs are missing for few users from navigation pane in Power BI Service. Per the description from product group, customer who is a part of an UI experiment hence they get a different UI experience. If customers do not wish to have these experience variations their tenant admin can opt-out via this setting: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-admin-portal-user-experience-experiments

May I know are these users that get the following menu internal users or external users? How did they sign in to Power BI service? By inputting app.powerbi.com in browser address bar or by clicking on a shared link?

They are internal users who access the report via a Shared Link.

Sorry for the delay. May I know if these users do some reports accessing operations and add content as favorites, will they see these two sections?
