Power BI Service Login Issue

When I try to login to Power BI Service via the web, I get:

We don't recognize this user ID or password

 

I know I am using the correct user ID and password.  I am able to access Service via Power BI Desktop and can see that I have 47 days in my trial license.  I have other users that are experiencing the same issue that were able to sign-in last week.

Hi @missiecyclone,

 

Please open a IE inprivate browser, then access app.powerbi.com with your account. 

 

If issue persists, please use Fiddler with below option enabled to capture trace during the time that you reproduce the issue. Then upload .saz file to your OneDrive and send the link to me in private message.

I tried my login credentials again and got a message that my user ID does not exist.  I was able to create a new trial account.  However, is there a way to confirm that the previous account no longer exists. I am concerned that I can longer access the content that was shared on that account.  I would like to ensure that it is no longer shared.
