Power BI Report Builder parameter drop down list is blank when running the report

I have two tables in a dataset which have a relationship between them. I have modelled this relationship using the DAX NATURALINNERJOIN function. I want to create a parameter so that when I run the report I can filter the data by location. However, when I run the report the parameter drop down list is empty and no values can be selected. I have included my DAX Query below which runs correctly when executed within the Query Designer. I have also included screenshots to show my report parameter properties. If anyone has any solutions to this problem it would be greatly appreciated.

DAX Script shown below:

EVALUATE

FILTER(SELECTCOLUMNS(NATURALINNERJOIN( comOrganisations,WorkRequests),

                                                                            "Name", [Name],
                                                                            "Work Request ID", [WorkRequestID],
                                                                            "Schedule Status", [Schedule Status],
                                                                            "EstimatedStartDate (bins)", [EstimatedStartDate (bins)],
                                                                            "Weekly Report", [Weekly Report],
                                                                            "EstimatedStartDate",[EstimatedStartDate],                          RSCustomDaxFilter(@comOrganisationsName,EqualToCondition,[comOrganisations].[Name],String)),

[EstimatedStartDate (bins)] >= DATEVALUE("03/01/2022") + TIMEVALUE("03/01/2022") &&
[EstimatedStartDate (bins)] <= DATEVALUE("31/01/2022") + TIMEVALUE("31/01/2022") )
