Power BI Premium not working as expected, free user still prompted to use pro trial 60 days

Hi Power BI experts,

 

Our company are trying to implement power bi premium. and after assign all work spaces to the premium capacity, free user still prompted to use pro trial for 60 days.

As we understood the Premium license, the content on premium capacity should be visible for all free users.

This is in fact the reason we purchased power premium license...

 

The capacity was assigned within around 2 hours ago at the time of writing this post.

Should we expect this to happen after a while or the effect should be immediately?

Hi @danzhaodk,

 

Please double confirm the free user access the app which is published from the app workspace with Premium capacity enabled.

 

Let the free user press Ctrl +F5 to refresh the page to see if the he can access the app.

Thanks for response.

What we tested so far is using free users to access content on migrated personal workspace(not app) on premium.

We will perform test from the app work space later today.

 

However please clarify for me, if we want free user to get access to content on premium capacity, is it true that the ONLY way is to use APP work spaces?

 

If this is the case then we have to migrate all our personal work space content to app space.
