Multiple instances in multiple regions. Cannot even load Admin Portal page. Seems to be related to global Azure AD issues happening at the moment

this is a known issue:
Power BI customers using Gen2 Premium capacities may see delayed load times. Azure Active Directory Engineers have identified the root cause and a mitigation is currently being applied. Additional updates can be found here
