Power BI Premium is down

Multiple instances in multiple regions.  Cannot even load Admin Portal page.  Seems to be related to global Azure AD issues happening at the moment

Unable to view apps/reports, connect to datasets with XMLA, or access capacity admin page.

"Cannot load model" on everything single reports I am owner or have access to.

Same with US. PowerBI Pro returns an error page "https://app.powerbi.com/

this is a known issue:

Power BI customers using Gen2 Premium capacities may see delayed load times. Azure Active Directory Engineers have identified the root cause and a mitigation is currently being applied. Additional updates can be found here
