Multiple users having trouble to access Power BI online service

Hi @MorneBester,
May I know whether this issue still exists? If it is, please try these steps firstly.
1 Clear the cookie/cache of the browsers and try to sign in to PBI service with app.powerbi.com again
2 Try with other browsers
3 Check the status of the PBI account and whether they have required license
4 Switch the network including enable or disable VPN if you are using it
