Power BI New Card Visual - Shadow & Acccent bar are displaying in Service even though turned off

I have accent bars and Shadow turned off for my cards - using New Card Visual.

In Desktop:

In Service:

This has broken a ton of my reports. I've already tried republishing to no avail.

Edit: Seems if I edit the report directly in the Service, and republish my App, I can fix the issue temporarily. But the issue with publishing from Desktop still remains.

What are the tenants in your area? I tried to restore the scenario you mentioned but failed . My data is stored in UK South (London) .

Same Problem. New Card Visual shows in power bi service shadow and accent bar - in desktop not. Its not activated!

It’s a known issue . The engineers are actively working on this issue and I will come back with an update if there is any progress.

I'm having the opposite problem as the OP. When I publish the new card to the service the accent, shadow and backgroun attributes are turned off.

Ive noticed the have the same issue too. I did try and replcicate on a new report and it worked, but cant get the existing one working.
