I purchased an F2 capacity, assigned that to the workspace, then purchased a Power BI Pro license and enabled the fabric settings on the admin and Im still not able to see any fabric options, only Power BI regular ones, does anyone know what I can do?

If the Fabric item you mentioned is to create warehouses, lakehouses on a workspace, you need to click on new item on the homepage of the workspace, and then select what you need to create in the popup box. Provided that your workspace is a Fabric workspace, a normal workspace will require you to upgrade your license when you add new fabric item.
