Power BI Matrix not Exporting to Excel Online

Good morning,

 

Some users report not being able to export matrix to excel, summarized view, while I can export.

Could you please help investigate?

Hi @CMorgado ,

 

Did they try click on the dropdown and select (Excel 150,000-row max) ?

We have received feedback from some other users and it seems that this mitigates the problem.

Yes. The users that reported this don't have access to the live connection so the first open is the Excel 150,000-row max.
