Power BI Gateway Error

Hi,

We are getting this error while trying to connect to any of the on-premise datasources. The gateway is online.

If you are not using the latest version of on-premises gateway, please try to upgrade.

If issue still persists after that, I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).
If issue is resolved, you can share the solution here later to help others who have the same problem.
