Power BI Galleries - Unable to share GCC (powerbigov.us) public reports

We are attempting to share dashboard on the Power BI Galleries. We are a GCC client and the reports have been published to web and are publically accessible. However, the URL is not being accepting on the Power BI Galleries submission / post form.
