Power BI Fabric Capacity BYOK - Failing

Hi, I raised this question in the "Get Help with Power BI" forum, but had the recommendation this forum might be more appropriate.

We are currently attempting to introduce BYOK into our Fabric Capacity to support a Power BI Premium security requirement. We have been able to successfully associate the key (Add-PowerBIEncryptionKey) to the Power BI tenant. However, we are unsure if this successfully connects with the key within Azure Key Vault or is it just storing the URI of the key at this point. The MS Learn documentation is not clear on this.

We then attempted to enable BYOK on the Fabric capacity (Set-PowerBICapacityEncryptionKey command), however we don't get any output in the PowerShell console. The MS Learn documentation suggests there should be an output in the format System.Object.

We have proved that BYOK has not been successfully applied as we are still able to move workspaces from the Fabric Capacity to a Pro license, which would not be possible if BYOK was enabled.

Does anyone know of any additional parameters we could include on the  Set-PowerBICapacityEncryptionKey command to potentially provide additional logging output to the PowerShell console to try and understand why this step might be failing/not outputting anything?
