Power BI Desktop not opening with 'Parquet.Document' not found error

2019 PBI Desktop is not getting invoked with the following error -

Tried reinstall and reboot. 

Upgrading version is not an option as PBI Report server is based on 2019 version

Hi @prabhas27,

May I know whether you get this issue when directly launch the Power BI Desktop or when you tried to open a specific file?

Currently, the latest version of Power BI Report Server is 15.0.1108.297 version that released at 6/14/2022. You may consider upgrade your Report Server and upgrade your Desktop after that.

This is while directly launching the Power BI Desktop.

Upgrading the Report Server is not an option for me at the moment. So looking for other options to fix this.
