tsazzad, no, it didn't matter what version of the app was being used, the issue persisted. The only thing that seemed to clear it was getting them to sign in with a completely different account. I did contact MS support about clearing profile data from Entra, but that went nowhere. In the end my colleague left the company before it could be resolved.
