Power BI Dataset Refresh is not happening

This is mentioned in another ongoing thread. The problem with your solution is that many of us have multiple reports tied to a model that we would have to rebuild. That makes this a non-starter for us. According to another support member, planned maintainence can cause this issue. Perhaps v-chuncz-msft would be able to tell us if that is the case here as the issue is still impacting my company.
