Power BI April 2021 update Text box cannot add measure

After updating to April 2021, when I add a text box, it doesn't have the option to add values/measures.

I have tested on my side, it works well.

My Version: 2.92.706.0 64-bit (April 2021)

Please go to File > Options and Settings > Options > Preview features. Then select Smart narrative visual.
