Placeholder text is visible and translation is missing (Powerbi service)

First bug: Placehoder text visible in PowerBI-settings (probably just for Free and Pro -license users):

1. Log in to PowerBI-service

2. Navigate to any workspace, My Workspace for example

3. Select Settings-gear icon and then "Manage personal storage"

Bug: The button at the right, after the usage-bar shows text "UpgradeAccountPPU_TryfreeButton_Trident"

Second bug: For languages other than english, a translation seems to be missing:

1. Log in to PowerBI-service

2. Make sure the language-setting is set to other than English by selecting Settings-gear icon -> General -> Select display language (for example french)

3. Select the home icon from the left

Bug: The ad for upcoming learning event at the top of the screen shows: "Event_Banner_Title Event_Banner_Content" and the button says "RegisterNow" (space between words is missing)

You're only half way there. Bug 2 is fixed, but the button (bug 1) is still there without a proper text
