I can repro the same issue as you. I’ve reported it internally to Power BI Team: CRI 49879493
I’ll post here once I get any update about it.

I’ve got response from the Product Team.

 

 

Hidden due to collision detection with other labels. User can try to change sort, but not all slices will be labelled at all times. A larger chart will have more room. We plan to improve label layout logic next semester.
