Personalize This Visual blank

Hi everyone !🖐

Some users in my conpany have an issue with the Personalize This Visual pane.

They can't make any personalisation because the pane display just the header (see below)

I've never encounter this problem yet. Can someone help me one that ?

My organization is facing the same issue & it is a major limitation on the functionality of our reports.  Users began reporting it within the past week.  As other commenters have mentioned, it is sporadic in nature & impacts only certain users.  Please correct this ASAP.  Thank you!
