Pending changes in your queries warning message after downloading .pbix from Power BI Service
We have a number of reports published to the Power BI service. If I download the .pbix of one, I get the dreaded "There are pending changes in your queries that haven't been applied" warning message. At first I thought this was because a user had published a report without refreshing it locally first, but after I refreshed locally to get rid of the error message, published, and redownloaded, the issue persisted.
Obviously there cannot be pending changes to my query if I was the one to publish it to the service and then download it - no changes to the query editor can be made in the cloud version.
Also, this wouldn't be such an issue if I could simply close the error message, but as reported in another issue, when you click the "X" the message reappears after only a second or two.

Status changed:NewtoInvestigatingHi Anonymous ,
Did you still have this problem? Before you open this download pbix file, did you do some transformations in other pbix files?
Please click Discard Changes and then check in Power Query Editor(Transform Data) to see whether there is any warning or error in it. If everything is ok, close Power Query Editor. When it prompts, just close it and close this file. After that, reopen this file.

Hi Caiyun,
Yes, I'm still having this problem. If I click discard changes I get a "Discard your changes?" prompt, I click discard, and then nothing happens and the warning message remains. If I open the query editor I can see there have been no changes. If I close the file and reopen it the warning message is still there.
